Damaged products

Invincimist accepts return requests for products that arrive damaged. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the product and packaging if available.

We will review your request and provide the next steps, including return instructions and the available refund or replacement resolution. Please contact us before sending a product back.

Other returns

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or returns of undamaged products, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights or any remedy required by applicable law.
